Utah Black Bears

Well, it would appear that I missed the drawing deadlines for the elk and deer draws. Ah well... Maybe I'll get lucky and get one over the counter. Anywho, I was looking through the black bear draw pages and got to wondering. I know they're around here, and I'd LOVE to get one, but haven't a clue where to start. It'll be next year before I decide to apply for a bear permit so I can study up, but I was wonderin how may folks on here hunt black bear in Utah.
