    I tried it at a Christmas party last Dec. and from the moment I tasted it, that was my alchohol of choice for the evening.

    Considering the "reputation" of that drink, I'm uncertain now if the strange goings-in that night were "real" or "imagined".

    This was the first time I'd ever tasted Absinthe.
    It remeinded me of Ouzo, which I had tried in greece (and loved).

    The details of the night are a little sketchy...
    Wild dancing to African/Celtic music.
    Drunk men dangling from trees.
    People exploring secret tunnels under Cal-Tech.

    Hallucinations notwithstanding, that was a GREAT party!
