Salt Lake Tribuen StoryIHC owns the building Southern Exposure is located in out by the new Murray hospital and it wants to evict its tenant. IHC wants to evict Southern Exposure because it paid its rent late one month in 1998, IHC did accept the rent check and late fees.

Now how can you evict a tenant for something that accrued almost 10 years ago. Especially if the owner accepted the check with late fees (though never cashed) and accepted all the other months
