    ELK HUNT ARCHERY

    I was just wondering if any of you kind sportsmen with Utah Elk experience know when the Wapiti start to vocalize in the northeastern region. Oh and I should have gotten a Muly archery tag also I had a huge 5x7 dead to rights at 30 yards, I guess I'll plan accordingly next year.

    I always start to hear them bugling right about this time. Heard a couple bugling last weekend, down south. Full on screaming frenzy usually doesn't kick into high gear for another couple of weeks though.

    Elk camp the middle of last September:







    The bulls were screaming like mad that weekend.
