Recommended time to ride is early, it gets hot, and it seems like you are climbing forever. We started at the North Ogden Pass, and ended there with a Fat Tire. Best way to return some carbs to your system.

Sweet! Did you take the bikes all the way to the top?

Nice pics and a great ride, has to be one of my favorite rides out there. I have been contemplating riding up there and camping up top in the flats where you can take the back side down.

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

It was a real fun ride. We ditched the bikes about a quarter mile from the top, where the rocks are too loose to try to ride. I ran into another guy coming down from the top who did take his bike all of the way. He was a real moutain goat. The next week, we tried to make the climb from the North Fork Campground, but were unable to find the trail that went to Ben Lomond. Did the Bicentennial a few times instead, and that wasn't bad.
