Hike near cobblerest and shady dell campgrounds.

I was thinking about taking my family up to the Uintahs soon. We usually camp at cobblerest or shady dell camp ground. Are there any cool easy hikes that the kids would enjoy, preferably ending at water. Couple hours round trip is what I was looking for. I don't mind driving a little to get to it.

take your pick of any th's above cobblerest. almost every one of them begin at water and all could easily end at water in an hour. bald mountain th to clegg lake could fit the bill. nice views at clegg lake and the kids would have room to roam and play in the open forest. from washington/lily/trial lakes area there are a whole sleu of options as well.

you just can't go wrong up there...

awesome thanks. I have been up there every year for about 5 years. We always just fished but lately I have wanted to hike more up there. Thanks again for the info.
