Not true, the best for women is the mid to late forties, and for men it was about 13.
I absolutely agree!...about the 40+ women part. For me, 40 was pretty alright too...and peak?! Is there such a thing as hitting one peak after the other?
..and youre still a youngin...you got it made!
Oh yeah.... a man is much better after 40!!!!! No doubt what-so-ever!

I'm in my double twenties, and on my way to my double 25's.

I hope that is true for me although I'll turn the great 32 in September. I have been an adventurer in my twenties, but my fat ass has stopped me from fully enjoying life. After suffering dehabillitating foot problems and the inability to enjoy many of the things my friends do, I've decided it's time to lose weight and go for the gold. I'm 15 lbs. lighter after three weeks.
Any ways happy birthday, and keep in shape.

So, Kid, you think you got what it takes to be a Punch King?

I'm a young looking 37... seriously I look 26 and since I've been training/working out/playing Tennis nonstop for almost a year I did a heart rate check, I'm at 55-58 beats a minute. I'm waaay pumped about that.

As a musician friend of mine said recently. It's not how many miles you got on you that is important. It's how many miles you got left that counts.

    You're friends with Carlos Boozer?
