I'm turning 30 in a few weeks. Since I've had 336 days of experience being 29 years old I feel qualified to tell you that being 29 is just like being 28. As far as I can tell there hasn't been any difference.

I absolutely agree!...about the 40+ women part. For me, 40 was pretty alright too...and peak?! Is there such a thing as hitting one peak after the other?
