IMO, if think they both would experience it because they are basically one body with two heads/brains. If you look at the link I put up about the Chinese twins, those probably had separate big O's because they were mostly separate bodies genitalia.

They both have different personalities, obviously, but they do work together flawlessly. The one on the right controls the right and left the left. It was pretty interesting. All there life they have dodged the media for exactly some of this threads points of views and questions. They're pretty well adapted in the school environment.
