Cedar Breaks - Ramparts Trail
Bo and I headed out today to find a waterfall past the end of the Ramparts Trail at Cedar Breaks.
Pretty hike and nice waterfall.... fun day!

Is rampart trail the one that heads west on shooting star creek?
Did you see many deer?

Yes it is..... we went to the waterfall at the end of the creek. Working on photos now, but here is the first draft of the trail report.

We saw some marmots but no deer. Here is a photo but its not very good... sun was behind them and they were far away.

That is what was so different about him yesterday. You are right.
Have you done some hiking in that area? Do you know any places off the beaten path?

We do the Rampart Trail at least once a year, I'm due! Now we'll have to find the waterfall, thanks.

Just make sure you go through the forest to find the waterfall. The ridge way is SCAREY!!!

Is there anything left on that tree? Is it still alive? I think the one at Bryce Canyon - on the Bristlecone Trail is dead.
