Provo River with kids - Friday the 13th!

Marc and I took our families and headed up Provo canyon again to introduce Marc's kids to whitewater. It was a great time, the temps were about 10-15 degree lower than the valley, a nice breeze and the cool water made the day very enjoyable. The kids had a great time, especially Marc's older kid, I think he will be coming back for more

The whole run took us less than 2 hours and everything went very smooth. Too bad no one noticed me taking a dunk in the river when I tried to stop the boat to pull off and stepped on the rock.

You guys look like you were having a lot of fun. Where do you put in and take out?

Put in is right below the dam and the take out is by the swamp area at High Country place. It's a nice stretch of a river and very mellow.
