    Zion therapy

Bright Angel down, and South Kaibab up and out in the Grand Canyon
Wildcat Canyon to West Rim to lodge, back out in reverse next day.
Doesn't seem like much but after a two year bout with the big "C" mass radiation and a 70lb. weight loss in 10 weeks I thought humping the trails again would be the best thearapy. X-infantry it was a blessing to get the boots back on and be-able to complete the trails.
Thanks for the welcoming and looking forward to more Zion trails and slots!
Hey, new to the seen but love to hike. Zion and The Grand Canyon are my favorites. Just finished 20 something miles in Zion and 18 miles in the Grand Canyon, both same day trips.any tips on speeding up my pace?

Welcome! Sounds like you have a great story to tell, congrats for getting back on the trails.

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.
