    NSS accident report

Yes, all you cavers have surely gotton the latest accident report for 2004-2005 (they're a little behind) which makes for riveting reading.

I know one of the caves our Grotto members frequent has an entrance/exit pit that has gotton a few people. Mostly people are tired after a long trip. The pit is climbable multiple ways and most don't rig here. Have had a broken leg or two and an elbow I know of. One did result in a rescue and helicopter ride for the caver.

Yes, just came in the mail. I'm bringing up to Utah this weekend for some light evening reading.

Guess I should join the NSS sometime, eh. I joined a grotto, but haven't joined the NSS. I do frequent the NSS forum though.
