Notes:

38 cars and 36 probably exist and may try to qualify. I'm a little skeptical about Cabbie and the third Penske car since Penske's kid is already running a 3rd car for Briscoe.

Reports that Roger has talked to AJ Almendinger. Not sure if that is for this year or as a possible full-time 3rd car next year or to replace Sam or Helio

Jaques Lazier is solid in one Playa del car, Yasukawa looking at the other
