Poll: What is your "man stress" therapy?

When you get stressed, what is your QUICK therapy? Mine is any climbing or outdoor gear store or Gold's gym. Obviously I love Canyoneering but that is not a quick stress release.

For me it is just camping.

For me, there's nothing better than going for a drive, preferably off-road. Heck, I can even get into the northern reaches of the Swell as quickly as some of you can get to your favorite outdoors store. If that's not an option, a few beers will do the trick.

A combo of many of the above. Specifically, a cool drink and video games. Or a bike ride also works. Hiking works too. Or photography...I could go on.....

Oh.....ok. I thought you meant what do women do when they're stressed out about a man.

We live in the country, so mostly I like to get outside. I like to mow, take care of the trees, do projects, play with the goats, and above all, garden.

Here is a harvest from one day last year...

Gym. I'm actually talking to women these days and I think its non-stop gym activity for the last 5 months that has done the trick, then I'll select the unmentionable.

All of the above. Different situations call for different diversions. In Vegas, I tend to go for the cheap lager to mellow out. At home, I take long bike rides to relieve stress. Sex works too, but not "relationship" sex which can actually increase stress.

Shooting. So, I guess 'Other' would apply.
Never pistol whip someone with your gun...that could mar the finish.
