Powder Mtn @ Nite -- TR

We headed up to Powder Mtn tonight. Discount lift passes at Canyon Sports Outlet in Riverdale, at $17.

I thought night rentals for Snowboards were $12, turns out that's only skis. (Ski rentals have more to rent out, Snowboarders get the shaft at $22)

The snow was OK, icy in a lot of places, but still OK for a 70 degree, cloudless day.

Shad, LeRoy, and Mark met up with me and we had a good time. At one time I lost my camera but alas, it was quickly found again at the bottom of the lift. I got lucky.

    Here's the video:

And then, I dislocated my knee; my good one. My rear foot unclipped out of the binding, and it was all over. Luckily, it was at 9:00, so we'd gotten some good runs in.

    Here are the pics.

PS, looks like Brighton this Friday isn't possible for me, on account of the knee.

    Yeah, it was pretty cool.

This pic shows how much higher Powder Mtn is than Wolf Mtn.

Here's the video. If it says "Video is no longer available", please check back. It's just going through YouTube's approval process.
Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes a full day. I'm not in the mood to keep checking, so I just posted it up.
