    Moab Trip

Moab trip next weekend (March 15 thru 18). If anybody wants to come down we'll probably be riding Porcupine Rim on Friday morning and Slickrock on Saturday morning, with some canyoneering in the afternoon. If you can handle camping with 60+ Mormon single adults, I've got Gold Bar group site "C" reserved. If not, we can meet at the Lion's Club Park (junction of Hwy 191 & Hwy 128, next to the river).

60+ mormon singles, huh? Where are these singles originating from and what's the sausage ratio looking like? 96-98%

Still, camping for $2. They can't snore any louder than the guys at the hostel.

I was going to say something like "sausage to tuna ratio", but I decided to keep it pg13. Woops, guess it just went R.

No clue what the ratio will be. I'll find out when I get there, but there have been plenty of women in years past. A lot of them can even keep up.

The half marathon is easy to avoid. Just don't try to eat in town on Friday and you'll be fine. Especially avoid the pasta places.

We rode Slickrock on Saturday morning. It was probably the least crowded I've seen it on a nice spring weekend. The runners aren't like the Jeepers (see: Easter Jeep Safari aka The Moab Zoo aka hell on earth). They're only in one tiny place and they're too tired to raise hell after they're done running. Ride P-Rim and hike Negro Bill on Friday and there's no problem.

Besides, you missed out on a great time.
