I hate the dual roll bar setup..... I've never seen that on an original Cobra. It makes the car look to busy.....
Other than that it looks like he did a nice job putting the car together.

I think I would take a 67 big block Corvette roadster..... last of the stingray's. and something I consider within the realm of possible.
Unless we are just totally dreamin', then I'd take a Cobra Daytona coupe
or maybe a Ferrari GTO
