HTML to forum or forum to HTML

I like to post my TR's on a couple different sites/blogs. While it's incredibly easy to use the [url.] and [img.] I have to just use html on my other sites. I hate going through and reformating my <img src="..... things every time.

How can I convert one or the other? I don't care which one I write first. If anything I'd prefer to post first on UUtah, so lemme know.
