What posts to read first?
Hi! I just registered for the first time this week.
Please forgive me for being lazy, but I just thought I'd ask if you could point me to any especially good posts that I should have a read of first, so I can get up to speed here?
Many thanks, Michael

Stay away from the political topics, although they can be very interesting Certain people you have to take with a grain of salt
Should have thrown in this before, I like the "On Foot", "Let's Ride" and the "On the Water" sections for the pics and information

Welcome to the site. It is really a matter of preference what you should check out first. I found people are so helpful that and answer my personal questions but one of my favorite parts of the site is the index:
I really enjoy hiking and in the hiking thread there is an index of cool hikes in Utah:
But really it is just a matter of what your interests are and I am sure you will find something.

I always read the Canyoneering and Hiking forums first..... and then any post with the word "thong" in the title.

I kinda thought this guy's post was fishy. Then he posted the exact same message on another board that I read. Then I found some others using Google. I'm not sure what his angle is, but I'll bet he's a spammer.

The bluegrass site looks really interesting...I could see myself getting sidetracked there. Damn!! I'm a bluegrass junkie.

Anyways, I think the Trip Report Index in each section should be checked out first.

This really does seem weird. I can't wait for his spam now to see how he plans on making this effective. Maybe this guys is an idiotically evil genius.
