It seems like every 10 years or so Utah gets really cold. I moved to Utah when I was 10 and I mostly owned shorts. I remember when we first moved here and running in to MacFrugels in shorts (then Pic'N'Save) and coming out in full snow gear. It was -2 degrees and I had never seen snow before. It was a real shock to my system but luckily it only gets in the negatives every so often around here.

Awww shoot, 10 degrees is normal around here lately.
It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

And it seems like it is warm in Wyoming.

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

My friend in Fairbanks, Alaska says that everything under -10 feels the same.

I realized that I'm getting older this year because it is the first time I can remember having nose hairs freeze.

The third time I went skiing, my nose hairs froze, as did my beard and mustache. I was only 25.

When was the last time you saw 60? 50* drop is not a day in the park

I as going to ask for a contest on which will reach freezing first, Green River WY or Craig CO, but it looks like you will have us beat by a long shot if the weather forecaster are correct.

Next cold snap, we should have a contest on whom can reach freezing first.
