    Want Muscles? Go Skiing.

Joe and I went XC skiing on Monday up Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was so beautiful and serene, even with the crowd of other people out enjoying the snow. We took a path that was less traveled and found ourselves climbing a nonstop hill. Going down was a bit scary, because we're still learning, but it was still fun.

But going up....wow! I can still feel the effects on all of my upper body. I can feel it in my legs too, but half of that is the snowshoeing we did the two days prior. Climbing these hills while skiing, you have to utilize the poles or else you won't progress. And I have the burn in my deltoids, triceps, biceps and pecs to prove it.

Want to get toned and feel that sweat burn? Screw the gym, go skiing.

you actually expect us to believe that just cause you started up a XC ski thread, that you actually went? and what are these so called "muscles" you are referring to? nope, sorry we need proof... i'm thinking it never happened,

no photos= no cross country, no sore muskles
    it never happened

and no, getting Joe to corroborate your story wont work either.
i've learned long ago to never trust what a significant other has to say.
they have a tendency to always back up the ones they are cozy w/.

you say you have the burn to prove it, but i say
"where's the photo of this so called burn"
