Arches and Negro Bill to Morning Glory Arch

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

Not even close. I've been to the countries/areas that are marked in red, but everything in white I haven't been to:

Even in Utah there are still quite a few places, some peaks, and many canyons I haven't visited.

I have an article on Hiking and Climbing with Children if you are interested:

Of course, as you and I know anyone claiming that wilderness locks out most people are full of it, but we've discussed that before and it's a whole new topic.

Two of my favourite easier hikes. Such incredible scenery, for an amazingly low investment. Looks like I'll be taking my son (10) here in May - we can't wait!

Have a good trip to South America, Scott!
