Ice Caves on Mount Trumbull (AZ Strip, AZ)
I know where some ice caves are on Mount Trumbull are but I'm not sure if I can tell you (plus I don't have a map with me or the GPS coordinates) because it is on private land. They are pretty cool. Actually, they are not a "cave" per se - more just of a lava field with igneous rock boulders on top of each other and water is deep inside the cave with a few ice sheets here and there. But it's way cool because it can be 110 degrees outside while the inside is almost below freezing temps.
Have any of you other guys heard of these or been to them?

Hate to resurrect a dead thread, but I am also very curious about this. Maybe now, 5 years later, someone on the board will know something about it?
