Canyon Beta

Hello,

Looking for any additional or more recent beta on Cable, Quandary Direct, and the Squeeze canyons. Our group hopes to do these over this coming weekend. We have a good idea of what we are getting ourselves into and we will definitely go prepared, but any additional info about the canyons from more recent trips would be great. It seems like a knowledgeable group here and I look forward to hear any Tips Tricks or Suggestions?
