I got this email today. Good ol' Uncle Johnny! Guess I'm a rich girl now, huh?? All I have to do is put up a line of credit against my house....

Sadly, I just set up a conservatorship to protect the financial interests of an older, less than lucid, lady I know. She had been scammed to the tune of 20K from this type of thing. This lady now has a friend who is taking care of her money for her. It is sad that there are these sorts of heartless, morally bankrupt idiots out there preying on the elderly, unwise, mentally deficient, and even stupid people. Don't know how they sleep at night.
