cool! You really need a helmetcam, man. You'd love it. Either that, or just get a huge card for your still camera, set it on video mode, and mount it to your helmet like kazak did on the whitewater section.

I was a little confused on the RapidShare thing at first, then I noticed I just had to wait 30 seconds to download it.

I'll bet you can compress that quite a bit, and still have decent quality. The thing about "first person" video is that everything is moving, so you can have poor quality and still look OK.

I took your video and reduced it to 1.81 MB. That's a little TOO compressed, the quality isn't that great, but you could easily put it at around 5MB, and throw it on something like putfile.com for easier viewing.
