Montana Caves
These aren't from Utah, but there might be some interest in them. Mystery Cave is in Southern MT, in the Pryor mountains. Bighorn Cavern is in the bighorn mountains and has an 80 foot entrance rappel, with near 8 miles of caverns. Neither are guided trips, but do require a key to enter.

Pics from Bighorn Cavern. We lowered my 3 yr old nephew down into the cavern with us. He had a great time!
