Last week my son and I hiked in and around the Monticello area. He's 13, so he complained a lot, especially about the heat.

Yeah, I've been hesitant to take my 5 yr old hiking anywhere because I'm terrified he'll say "Dad, this sucks."

Does anyone know of any trails that lead to a Toys R Us?

Great pics by the way. Capital Reef is one of my favorite places.
