Hidden Falls
Went out on a little jaunt this weekend. It was so pose to be a scouting trip for the upcomming elk hunt. Didn't find any elk or even much sign of them habitating the area that much at all.
What I did find was a nice water fall. From the top side there is no visible stream. It is underground. Standing directly above it you cannot see any part of the falls, it's none existant. From the bottom you have to literaly be within 50 feet of it to see it. The overgrowth and deadfall is really thick.
It is un-named and unmarked on any map that I know of. It is a little over a mile of bushwacking in.

Nice discovery! So does the location remain unknown, or are you going to share it with us?

It is up Miners Gulch canyon. A side canyon of Rock Creek.
Have at it.
P.S. I have named it "Hidden Falls" because it really is hidden.
If you go, take skeeter repellent. They're bad.

Is this on the creek in Miners Gulch proper?
I guess since the tributary is less than a mile long then the falls would be about at the end of the red line.
