    I love everybody

    ...because my LORTAB has just kicked in.
    It makes me want to tell everybody how much I appreciate them, and how everything's gonna work out fine.

    I've had back spasms the last few days, 'cause of my posture at work. Apparently, when I'm on uutah.com, I try to make it look like I'm working. This is NOT ergonomic friendly.


    Have I mentioned I love you all?

    One of my developers uses one of these. They are supposed to really help, but I just cant do it. Model not included.

    Yeah, those are actually supposed to keep your muscles toned up. I just may try it. Who do you think sells these... a sports store, or an office store?

    I knew ya loved me. At last.....you admit it!

    Try a store called Relax the Back. Kinda pricey on some things, but perfect furniture and such for a bad back whether at home or work.

    My wife has one of those exercise balls...... its collecting dust in the corner.

    At least with her universal gym and stair master she gets some use.... she hangs clothes on them to dry.
