    recent canyonlands trip

    hey all,

met up w/ some friends from out of state last week down in canyonlands for some camping, wheeling and some easy slots...
    here are some highlights

we started in Indian creek, then off to chesslar park via the joint
then off to the confluence. then lavender canyon, then off to moab.
while in moab we did some lazy lounging and schleped through medival chamber.

    good time w/ great people
    enjoy

thanks to UUtah's newest member MONTANABLUR for the use of his photos, i was a slacker and never took the camera out...

Sweet pics! Looks like a blast!
It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

That's good stuff, man. Thanks for the pics. I was going to move this thread to the 4X4 section at first, but it's got canyoneering stuff too.

Maybe you were originally right. We'll just leave this in General as a good ol' fashioned road trip.

    Thanks!

Hard to take a bad photo when you're there...
I'm out of bed and dressed, what more could you want?

Those photos really are excellent - especially the first two of the trucks... very nicely done.

Looks like fun - I wish I knew the area better go string together a nice variety of adventures like that.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. ~ Frost
