    cedar mountains wilderness area

went here yesterday to see what the deal was. it ain't no se utah but it'll do i guess. it is actually very nice. easy to moderate hiking w/ some great views, interesting geology, wild horses (didn't see) & pronghorn antelope (did see).

started out cloudy, then rained as i took shelter in a nice little cave for awhile before hiking in it, and sunny afterwards before getting cloudier again as i left.

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

Where is that? (forgive my ignorance!)
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. ~ Frost

are those sites scattered throughout or more prevalent in one area ? i kept an eye out for lithic scatters and rock art but didn't see any. i was on the northwest side just past whatever that industry is that is close to i-80. i read the horses favor the s/se.
