    I'm trying this to lose a few lbs and get back into shape.

    PowerBar & tomato juice or grapefruit for breakfast....chicken breast for lunch & lots of raw veggies for dinner....at least it sounds better than THAT barf Oh, and exercise

    I dropped a couple of pounds of fat by taking hydroxycut. Alot of people hate them but if you use them right, they don't make you feel all weird. I swear by them.

    Say no to the slim fast! Eat right, burn more than you eat. That's the ticket.

    Depression is very good for weight loss. But there is a risk it might backfire and you'll stuff yourself instead of not eating. Prozac is very good for depression. Better just be fat and jolly

    The only thing that the SlimFast diet does for you is a placebo effect. Basically you're swapping out good hearty foods for a drink that is high in sugar and low in things that are good for you.

    Instead of eating 3x a day try to eat 5x a day, basically eat a slightly smaller breakfast (2eggs instead of 3 ect,ect...) then eat a yogurt or 'good' grain bar with limited processing (twix is not lightly processed).

    Between lunch and dinner have another yogurt or bar, preferably half a sammwich or light salad with some protien (tuna or chicken\steak ect.ect.). The more often you eat the more your metabolism stays in high gear.

    Just don't eat the same amount of food for 5 meals that you would for 3 seems pretty obvious but people are stupid and try to eat 5 meals that are the same size as their 3 meal plan
