It's called Easy GIF Animator 3.4. I got the trial version at www.download.com. Just type in "gif animator" in the search box, and it's about the 5th one down. It's the easiest one I've seen yet.

Let me think about the ride this weekend. I'm in a major rush to get my basement done (baby's on the way). I would like to ride atleast once a week though, and I'm below my quota this week.

As for your GIF, I could do a search for similar images to yours, and maybe there's a small movie clip of this picture.

For animation, I need a series of images. If this is the only image we get, I can create some copies, with small variances in each one. Then I plug them all together to make animation. I'll give it a try. It may be tonight, or tomorrow until I can get to it, but I'll get to it. I'll make it look like he's smokin' it.
