    Waterproof Handicam for Wet Canyons

I hope I got this right so everyone can see the pictures. I bought it last week with the intention of using it in wet canyons like Kolob and Choprock. It is waterproof to 16 feet and has all the controls on the outside. Quite a nice little addition for Handicam users. Now if I could only find something of the like for my Casio Exilim digital camera.

Wow, yeah nice! Sombeech will be interested in this post. He is purchasing a helmet-cam this weekend.

Cool! Looks like we're going to be seeing some sweet video this year!

Accadacca's right. I'm currently trying to figure out a helmet cam configuration that will work.

So far, it doesn't look that easy. My camcorder isn't compatible! It's only 6 months old, too.

i'm really suprised no one has used a Helmet "Bullet" cam...
camera mounts to your helmet, camera goes in a little pelican case in your pack, and the camera controls can be wireless by a remote velcro'd to your chest or pack strap.
surfing buddies use these for big wave riding...
what "helmet" cam you looking at Sombe'?

You know, at this point, I'm just looking for ANYTHING that will work for me. My JVC camcorder is not compatible, because the A/V plug is OUT only, not IN.

The "IN" A/V plugs are getting fewer and fewer. So right now, I'm just looking for a cheap camcorder, maybe even with a broken lense, that somebody wants to get rid of.

As far as helmet cams go, I might go with a Viosport or something. It really doesn't matter at this point.
