    what makes this so bad that this person was not able to take responsabilty for riding on a known trail with hazards. this why we cannot
    build elevated stunt trails on established trails, because the land managers are afraid, of the laywers of a$$hats like this think they sue everyone.

    Their club should check out IMBA's site under state private land use statutes that protect a landowner from just such a lawsuit. They are within their rights to countersue. sounds like there was no willfull act on the clubs' end to have down this 'intentionally' The IMBA site is awesome when it comes to this stuff.
