Logan area Mountain Bike trail inventory

    Hi all,

I am trying to organize a riding group of slow, fat, old guys, and I'd like to make a list of Logan area mountain bike trails that we could ride. I like to ride harder trails, and I don't mind walking a bit (I am a fat guy, after all), and I've made a first attempt at the list. If you are familiar with the Logan area trails, please feel free to comment or add to my list. Thanks.

    Here's the trails:

    Green Canyon
    Deer Fence
    River Trail

Card Canyon (don't know about this one...just heard rumors)
Mud Flats Loop (Willow Creek to Mud Flats to Cottonwood)
Old Ephraim's Grave (Willow Creek to grave cutoff)
    Rick's Canyon/Steel Hollow
    Logan Peak Hillclimb
    Jardine Juniper
    Temple Fork Sawmill
    Little Bear/Peter Sinks
    Bear Hollow/Twin Creek DH
    Tony Grove/Bunchgrass
    Franklin Basin/Beaver Mountain
    Beaver Creek/Sink Hollow
    Stump Hollow

    Herd Hollow/Richard's Hollow
    Left Hand Fork/Pole Hollow/Sow Hole

That's all I could come up with. If anyone knows any more, or is interested in riding them with a slow, fat guide, then post here. Thanks.
You won't think you're so clever, when you hear thunder underground...

    Hey

i don't quite fit into the old fat guy group; nonetheless I have been dying to ride in Logan and would love to get out with some people up there, count me in I am interested. Also I know that one of the bike shops on main street by the vacum store has a pretty good little map of all of the trails and were very informative last year!! Let me know when it dries out I would love to go!!!

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

There's a Turkey Trail but that's probably covered in the Little Bear/Peter Sinks one. Or maybe you get it from Stump....

Steam Mill Creek - 5 miles one way, strenous

I think it's Blind Hollow/Twin Creek instead of Bear Hollow...

Also up LHF is Leatham Hollow. Not easy!

I might be interested in joining you all. My husband had shoulder surgery and it out for the count until July probably. I'm not old and fat or a guy, but slow nonetheless!

I have ridden a few trails using pedal power in the area. But I am usually twisting a throttle when I am in Logan canyon. Starting to get the itch again.
