    Hey from Ratman

This is one of the best Utah informational sites I've found. Thanks much. My wife and I moved from Ann Arbor Michigan to Southwest Utah over a year ago. It had always been my dream and plan to move to this State of many adventures. In the past year I've hiked over (500) miles, traveled (5,000) miles on my KTM 620 RXC (95% dirt riding) and driven my 1971 Land Rover 109 (7,000) miles, mostly on back country roads (two tracks as we call them in Michigan). Furthest in the Rover was to Yellowstone for (2) weeks. I try to hike at least (3) times weekly. I'm the luckiest guy. I'm retired and able to enjoy it. I have the Mojave desert in my backyard and the Colorado plateau in my front yard. I have a rescued Border Collie named Magpie who goes on all of my adventures with me. If I ever figure out the picture thing I'll post a few pics of my favorite hiking places in southern Utah. I do find, and prefer, out of the way spots.

Wow we need to hook up for some riding. I also have a 620 RXC, my Dad and I love looking for new long distance trips. My Dad has a 625 and so does another friend. You have come to the right place for outdoor adventures in Utah. With your background, you will fit right into the group.

    Welcome

The picture deal is easy.... at the bottom of all new posts is a box that says "Browse", which lets you look for pics on your computer. once you find the pic just punch the "Add Attachment" button.... simple.

The way accadacca embedded the pics above is a little more difficult. Learn the easy way first and then you can learn to embed.

    Hey Ratman!!

I'm from Ann Arbor, too! We moved out here just 3 years ago!! Cool!

    Welcome!

Just give us a yell if you can't figure it out. The best way to see if it worked, is by hitting the preview button. It's pretty simple.
