What gym do you work out in?

Just wondering where everyone does their indoor workouts. My place of choice (really convenience--and if I had a leg press machine and some other stuff, I'd do all my workouts at home), is the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center.

I go to the Sportsmall on 9th East in Murray by Gart Bros. It is a great place...it is so big so there is always something to do...never have to wait on equipment.

I've been a member of Gold's for many years but have let it go. I'm going to try and hit the treadmill in the house this winter and see how I do.

I was a Lifestyles 2000 member for about 5 years before it was bought out by Gold's earlier this year. So now I'm a Gold's gym member. They honor my Lifestyles 2000 rate of 19 bucks a month.
It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

I mostly do my strengthening exercises at home and anything cardio outdoors.

I've got a bunch of equipment, plus I think it's convenient to work at home after work, before dinner.

As soon as the basement is finished I'll have room for some basics and might just plan on working out at home.

I used to have a membership at the Dimple Dell fitness Center in Sandy. It was nice because it's not very crowded so usually no waiting. They had b-ball courts, a swimming pool with a freaking waterslide, track, and best of all a pretty good climbing wall. If you did the 1 year commitment it was only like $20 a month. I quit because my work had a gym, now I'm just too poor so I make due with what I have at home.

I work out at home. My boy is the one that keeps me going. He is always ready to work out and usually asks me everyday if we are going to excersize.

I built my own equipment because I can't stand that light tin crap they sale at Garts. I do run on a treadmill (better for your knees) and ride my bike for cardio, and hikeing/backpacking in the summer.

In the background you can see my squat/bechpress/pullup rack that I built last fall. I'll be adding a cable row and lat station to it in a couple weeks.
