Otterbox 8000 Field Test

I bought the Otterbox 8000 for my last canyoneering trip. I needed something to keep my camera dry in the wet areas and protect it from falls. I have owned a smaller otterbox that will fit a palm pilot. But never tested it to this extreme. They are supposed to be waterproof, crushproof, airtight, and submersable up to 100 feet. Well I tested almost everything this last weekend and it passed with flying colors.
I dropped it several times, smashed it against the rock with all my weight on it. I also had it submersed through countless potholes. These are really worth the money. A+++ by me!! I bought mine at REI for $22.00
