Simple poll here. Who do you root for? I have to say that even though I am a Ute (season ticket holder here). I root for any school from Utah. Except when they are playing the Utes of course. I have to admit that the cougar fans get on my nerves from time to time. I just don't understand how they can stay so positive? Anyway vote away........

I have thought about having a uutah.com season ticket holder section in the future. Any thoughts on that?

Hey how does everyone think the Utes will do? They lost some great players but I still think they have a chance at the MWC title this year. Brian Johnson looked great last year as a 17 year old. I think he will get better and better. He ran a similar spread type offense in high school. Quinton Ganther should get the ball quite a bit. He was very explosive last year. I am excited to see him as the premiere back this year. John Madsen should have a breakout year at receiver. I heard Coach Whitt. say in a radio interview that the Utes have a better core of receivers then they have ever had since he has been at the U. Then the defense will of course be the sh@%! I am getting pumped for the season. Look for a 5 wide set and plenty of shovel pass option type stuff. Man that offense was fun to watch lat year.

Then what about the Y? Is Bronco going to be the difference? If Beck and Watkins can hook up more this year, they could be deadly. It is to bad that Collie left on his mission. He was a great receiver as well. I had to laugh when he said before the Utah game that he BYU "going to put the hurt on them." I hope to see the cougars rebound from some dismal years. The MWC needs a rebuild. I think the WAC has been much better the last two years. It is fun to watch those teams.
