    Believe it or not, the two handed salute is banned by the UCI. However, its kind of like over-celebrating in the TD zone for Football....its up to the officiating types to decide what the punishment should be, if any. Racers have been relegated for doing the two handed salute in a pack finish before, usually in smaller national level races.

    Well, until the riders start pulling sharpies out of thier socks and writing autographs on the finish line, it probably won't be enforced very often...
