Gooseberry Mesa Trip Report
Gooseberry Mesa Video
Day #1 We hit gooseberry mesa and then it was off to Mesquite for a seafood buffet. All the crab you can stuff down your pie hole.
Day #2 We rode the JEM trail just below gooseberry mesa near Virgin. We then attempted the kanarra creek slot canyon. No deal! We hiked for a bit, but the river was out of control. Then it was back to Mesquite for more crab.
Day #3 We rode the green valley express in St. George. We rigged up a helmet cam for this ride and it turned out really good. Look for it and our other videos in the days to come. I will put them in the Trip Report TV section.
I will post each set of pictures in their own topic. Followed by some comments about each picture.

Watch for video tomorrow. I can upload one today, but it won't be the best quality.
Maybe I'll give a teaser.
Accadacca will receive the footage tomorrow, and we'll get some good stuff up.
The trip was a great success. 3 awesome trails in 3 days of sunny weather.
Booyah.

Didn't watch all the videos, but I did love the 'snake hop'. I like how the footage zoomed in on the tail.... I'd be lookin' for rattles too!
I was on shoreline last year, hammering between dry creek and bobsled and came across a rattlesnake just crossing the path. I was really moving and just lept over him (probably 10 feet high based on all the adreneline in my system at the moment!!) as he just casually slid down the hill. I was pretty close to making my own chamois butter, you might say.
Cool vids, guys. Makes me jealous as he** that you were on the Goose.

Accadacca nailed a squirell on Guardsman's pass one time. The little sucker picked the wrong time to cross as acca was going at least 20mph.
Poor little guy didn't make it.

ya know in Arkansas, that would be known as 'dinner'.
I've come pretty close to nailing some stuff too, and probably taken out some lizards. As good as I like to think my reaction time is, sometimes this kind of stuff happens. Of course, all the bikers in the world probably have less 'trail kill' than one year in Parley's Canyon with autos.......
