Why don't more people live in Evanston?
If you are looking for some home brewing supplies, I work in a plumbing supply house. I don't know what you would need, but if it has to do with plumbing, I could help you out.

Really!!! Could you replace his kitchen water tap with one that would supply beer?

I think most of the Micro brews are 4%. I usually go to the Liquor store and get the real stuff, pretty expensive though.

Just be like Uncle Jesse and the Duke boys. Don't let Sherrif Roscoe and Boss Hogg catch wind of your moonshinin' though.

Ya, I've never understood why if you wanna get a buzz, you drink beer. I'm with Wasatch - drink something like Rum or Bourbon - even wine will do the job a helluva lot faster than beer.

ya i go to the liqor store to but they keep bankers hours! out of utah they sell booze at any grocery store!

i know all about evanston - i lived just down the road from there for several years, my ex still lives there, probly still with that loser she left me for. they jack up the price of the booze in evanston because of you border-crossing beer-running utans.

Yeah, what's with the jacked up spelling? You aren't in that big of hurry are you?

ya, I can't figure it out either. If you go back to his first posts, he spelled fine. Now it's all CAPS, and spelling is all wacky.

    As I said, methinks I smell a dual-member.

Perhaps he was drunk in the later posts? When he mentioned construction it all started to make sense.

Fitting my inagural post would be about beer! :)

Have you tried the beer nut? 13th(ish) and State. I have not been in there yet (been using my Mr. Beer kit) but their site a lot of good info. www.beernut.com.

My last batch was dark larger (the winter batch) - it came out Ok, the taste is really nice (malty and mildly hoppy) but I over-carbonated by a hair. It was only a lager in terms of time, I didn't actually go to the trouble of doing cold fermentation.

I need to get my spring brew going!
