The doctor gives me the news

I went down on my motorcycle about two months ago. It was a snow-covered road up by Bear Lake. I landed on my knee pretty hard. I just barely went to the doctor this week. My knee has been swollen pretty badly since the crash. I have been hiking and such but the knee has only been about 60%.

They took some X-rays and the doc said that there was a piece of cartilage that broke off from the bone. GREAT!!!! However the swelling has gone down considerably as well as the pain in the last 2 weeks. He thinks that in 2-3 months I will be in good shape and the fragment will dissolve over time. However if it breaks loose we could have a problem and have to go in after it. That would be if it locked up my knee or something.

He gave the Ok for any type of aerobic exercise. Just not anything with a lot of hard impact on that knee. So that the fragment doesn
