Sounds good! Are you going to give them a call to reserve the room? If we could get the second one that would be cool. Let me know if you need me to do anything? I hope this DAMN fog is gone by then.
Lookin' forward to it!

What is everyone bringing to shoot? I usually bring my shotgun. This time I am going to try a 22 with a monster clip and a scope. The weather looks good! I was stuck at home all weekend. I am ready to get out and shoot em up. The only thing that I accomplished was a new carburetor for my motorcycle off ebay. YES!!!
What time are we leaving? I can drive if needed and I have to be back by 6:00pm on Saturday. I need to make sure that I am stocked up with ammo.

Looks like there will be about 6 of us, so atleast 2 vehicles.
I say we leave as soon as we get out of work. Us northern boys will be able to get out of here at 5:00, and we could meet somewhere in SLC (west) and head out.
Still working on the rooms... They said since it's super bowl weekend, they've got too much occupancy to accept these coupons. We're still hoping Pancho Villa (Jose) can get some free rooms through his mom.

Bad news, boys. Since it's Super Bowl Weekend, (which a few of us didn't even realize for some reason) the free casino rooms won't happen.
But still, we're talking 2 $59 rooms, split up 6 ways, is only $15 each. Not bad. I'll make that up within a couple of spins on the Roulette wheel.
Now, I'm sure that we could use these 2 coupons for free rooms if we wanted to go on the 11th-12th, but it may be too late to reschedule with everybody. I think I would be able to do it, but then again, we're talking $15 each, and trying to fit it in on Valentine's day weekend.
So, that's the room situation, and we should be able to choose any casino that we like.

$15 bucks is not bad. It takes a lot more effort just to get it on the calendar with everyone. I am planning on it. Load

I've got the reservations at the Nugget. 2 rooms at $69.54 each, including tax.
It'll be about $17 each for those who want 4 to a room, or about $23 for 3 to a room.
Still not too bad. You'll all lose about $200 in the first hour anyways on the tables, so I don't want to hear about the cost of the room.

Hey I have a spring loaded clay pigeon thrower that I can bring. I also have two boxes of clay pigeons that have been sitting in the garage for 3 years. I need to shoot them up! If other people want they can bring shotguns just to shoot clay pigeons. It gives you something to do if the fur flying is slow. If you have any clay pigeons, bring them along.

That's a good idea. I can even buy some pigeons, and get a hand thrower. Those hand throwers throw a lot further than the mechanical ones.
Let's do it!

Dammit... you guys have fun. Sorry I cannot make it on this trip. Last I heard, this was all still a twinkle in Sombeech's eye! My little boy is having a birthday party and I've got to be to that. Good luck in the field and at the tables... Let us hear how it all was! Chief

Well how did it go? Anyone get lucky at the tables? What about on the range? Any pictures? Any sightings of the genie! I would like to go down there still this month. Damn you timed the weather just right. I was on my motorcycle on Saturday. Click here http://uutah.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=225 for pictures. Unbelievable weather! This morning I had to fire up the snow blower! 4 inches on my driveway! And its snowing like hell right now.

Sorry for not responding for a while, been real busy at work...
Well, I heard we really missed out. I mean really. They all ran out of ammo, just on rabbits! They say they saw hundreds of them. I'm just sick that I didn't make it on that trip. Next time I go, I'll get skunked, I know. It sucks too, 'cuz I put the damn thing together!
They went to MY T PIMP's "secret" place, but I know about 6 guys that have been there. It's near a small town called Montello, and off the paved road a little while.
Anyways, we'll have to plan another one.
