That right there is on the drive to the High Spur area. Cant remember exactly, but I am pretty sure it was well past the ranger station, and closer to the trailheads for High Spur and Big Springs.

I know that one!! It is in some little town in Idaho, on the road back from Craters of the Moon National Monument on the way back in to Idaho Falls. The name of the town escapes me... Arco or Butte...
