I have a permit for Mystery, Monday September 1st than I am unable to use. Unsure of how the change of name on a permit works, or if I can arrange some good timing with another group to cancel mine...

I went over the fourth if July the day after a short rainstorm and it was FULL of water. Always a good idea to have one just in case you get stuck but I definitely would not wear one.
