I've only been to Burro Wash once and followed the path rather than the wash and came right into the slot canyon, I think you must have missed a turn somewhere, I didn't have GPS or a map.

There is a huge difference in temperatures between Torrey and the lower areas in the park, 80s is about right up here but down on the Notom Road triple digits could well be found.

The Park Service has closed the falls permanently to swimming after 3 near drownings this year already, they say they will reopen the parking lot when the weather is too cold for swimming. The closed...

Thanks, if you want an unframed version just remove the _f from the file name and the 'framed' from the path, next time I'm not going to bother with the _f which will make it even easier.

Hello to all. I'm a 51 year old Englishman lucky enough to live in Torrey. I love the country here, I like to hike, motorcycle and drive my truck in it and take a lot of pictures while I'm doing it.
